
Tribal Pride Leadership Award to Dr Arindom Prince Panging
Guwahati 4 July 2026 : We are the son of the soil as tribal indigenous groups of Assam are always neglected by the so-called system holder or non original inhabitants for decades. But we the tribal body are always ready to roar and savior of constitutional rights to live with dignity and respect each other as a citizenship of the republic of India as a whole. I do prefer to act like a king-size for the upliftment of mankind and peaceful world whenever we move or does it meant of human beings and other endeavours. Therefore It gives me pleasure to receive the prestigious 7th Asianet Icon Award from Bollywood Actress Preeti Jhangiani at ITA Machkhowa Guwahati Assam on 2nd July 2026 in the presence of Renowned Artist Manisha Hazarika, Writer Manikuntala Bhattacharya, Sportsperson Kache Teronpi Badminton Player and Lady Social Worker cum film producer Mamata Mohilary and other dignitaries respectively stated by Dr Arindom Prince Panging the Vice President of United Tribal Organisation of Assam UTOA.
The 7th Asianet Icon Award presented to Tribal Activist Dr Arindom Prince Panging in recognition of outstanding contribution and Excellence in the field of tribal Pride Leadership express by Shahrukh Ali Khan the director of star event and the organiser of 7th Asianet Icon Award ceremony 2026.
Dr Arindom Prince Panging was the Former President cum Advisor of All India Tribal Students Association Assam AITSAA, Ex Advisor to All Assam Students Union AATSU who always raises his bold voice for safeguarding the ethnic groups fundamental rights and obligations in Assam and abroad India. The ex Assistant General Secretary to Assam Tribal Rights Protection Committee ATRPC and the Former convenor of Assam League of Aboriginal Rights Movement ALARM has played a vital role in North Eastern region as former Member Secretary to North East Indigenous Peoples Forum NEPIF and move all north eastern states to protect its aboriginal peoples livelihoods, language, literature, art and culture too.
