Burha Prithibi a drama of a team of Physically Handicapped and general students
Panjabari, 17th July 2026: Burha Prithibi a drama mixture of between the Physically Handicapped students and general students directed by Rajib Saud was successfully performed in Dr Banikanta Kakati Memorial stage under Srimanta Sankardev Kalashetra, Guwahati, Assam on 16th July 2026 in the august presence of Former General Secretary of Asom Sahitya Sabha like Dr Jagdish Patgiri, Cultural Activist Ramani Barman, Dr Sanjib Sarma, Sumki Borah, Assam Lutad and ABKK Jamrupa editor Dr Arindom Prince Panging and other dignitaries respectively.
The drama named Burha Prithibi was a purely educational and art of between physically challenged and normal children which were well trained and maintain 15th days of drama workshop by the director Rajib Kumar Saud.
After the end of drama like Burha Prithibi, Renowned writer Dr Jagdish Patgiri expresses that, It’s difficult to communicate with dumb, blind, unheard and physically challenged children, but this acts is outstanding for their naturally roles in acting like a professional artist, it was amazing and mesmerizing too.
The Burha Prithibi drama was produced by Sachitra Puthi Sanskritik Goshti with support of Ministry of Cultural Affairs Govt of India, which was scripted by Rajib Kumar Saud, co-directors like Bhaswati Borah, Dimpi Barman, Rangrupa Borah, lights by Dimple Das and music by Mondip Mahanta too.
